THE CALL CENTRALIZING POST :
The CCP allows the administration and consultation of the installed posts as well as the events that are daily received by this central. It´s an administration software developed by Datec with the objective of giving the final user a clear and friendly environment of operation, which lets him count on the necessary information at the right time.
In the main screen the user counts with the access menus to the screen, the tools bar, and a state bar that allows the actual monitoring of the system. He can also see on it the actual level of signal that the central possesses, as well as the quality of the signal received. See picture Nº 1. |

In the configuration stage of the system it is possible to configurate according to influence areas the different emergency telephones to which the users can call in such situation. They are divided into: fire brigade, hospitals, ambulances, police, mechanic aid and toll cabins. For each one of them we count on a screen, similar to Picture Nº 2. |

The CCP is in charge of receiving the users´ calls. Once the user of the post actions the call button, the CCP shows the operator a series of data that can be useful for his actual conversation, such as: location of the post from which the call was made, distance to the next toll cabin, phone of the fire brigade, police, local hospitals, etc. See picture Nº 3. |

Once the conversation begins, this is digitally recorded by the CCP, remaining available so as to be listened to later on.The system is configurated to keep available the amount of minutes the user considers convenient, and makes an automatic cleaning of the oldest calls.
At the end of the conversation and at the confirmation of the event, after having entered the data into the system, this one realizes a validation of users. For this, it requests the name of the operator that attended the user´s call, and the entrance of his personal password, as shown on Picture Nº 4. |

The CCP continually monitors the sensors of battery level, doors opening, inclination of posts, etc, informing the operador in a visual and audible way about the events occurred (see pictures 4 and 5). Besides the CCP may be configurated to send messages SMS to one or several cellular phones, with the aim that the person or people in charge of maintenance can remotely keep up with the critical state of the sensors installed in the posts. |

Besides the system counts on a series of consultations and impression briefs, among which we can emphasize:

Consultation of Events: By this consultation we can spot the events with the objective of checking personal data of the user, characteristics of the event or re- play the audio of the telephone conversation. Due to the great amount of events that add up through the time, this consultation is provided with a filter to help spot the event without delay. Thus, we can filter the events of a certain date, the events occurred during a period of time,the ones that were attended by an operator in particular, the ones coming from a particular place, etc.

Historical Consultation of States: This consultation allows the historical visualization of the events that different posts kept sending through the time. Thanks to it, a technician with the accurate knowledge can diagnose different failures of the post, making an analysis with the history of the events received.

Posts State: It´s a report that allows the quick visualization of the state of all the posts that are working at the moment. It shows the last information received and available of the door opening sensors, verticality sensors, battery level, level of signal and quality signal. It also informs the date and time of the last reception of data from each post.

Events Summary: It allows to select under certain parameters a group of events that are stored in the database, with the aim of making and impression of them for their further analysis. |
